  Why should it be seen as bizarre to wonder, if there are some potential red flags — the key term is ‘wonder’ — if a former NSA spy turned apparent whistleblower might possibly still be — working for the same people he was working for before? • Thirteen states warn EPA about taking sides re: methane
  Attorneys General from a dozen states and the top environmental cop from a 13th sent a letter dated May 2, to the Environmental Protection Agency, warning administrators not to succumb to efforts by other states to have the agency regulate methane emissions from oil and gas drilling and production. The letter was sent to EPA after several northeastern states threatened to sue the agency for not taking over regulatory responsibility of oil and gas production. Why hide if there's nothing to hide?
• 70,000 people urge New York Times to stop using the dehumanizing and inaccurate term, "illegal", from news coverage
  On Tuesday April 23rd, 2013, the Applied Research Center and a coalition of activists including Fernando Chavez, son of Cesar Chavez, and Jose Antonio Vargas, award-winning journalist and founder of Define American, delivered 70,000 signatures to the New York Times urging them to stop using the term "illegal" in their news coverage.
